Purchase our Gowns from our Online Boutique, from our Catwalk & Sale Events or book a VIP Appointment at our New Bridal Hub in Cheshire.
HOW LONG WILL MY GOWN TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We order your gown the same day it is confirmed. We expect delivery of your gown within 20-24 weeks though this is sometimes sooner!
We also offer a rush order option in 12 weeks for a small fee.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
The answer is yes! We have heavily discounted pricing at our Catwalk Events, and we offer various types of other discounts should you purchase from our online boutique.
We also sell ex samples at amazing prices (see our online boutique or view our sale rail at one of our events for more details.)
WHAT IF MY GOWN ARRIVES AND DOESN'T FIT?
We have 2 members of staff measuring you before purchase to ensure accuracy. It is down to you to regulate your weight & shape until your gown arrives with you.
Weight gain for any reason will mean your gown may not fit and it is your responsibility to ensure this does not happen.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ON STYLE?
In this unlikely event we unfortunately are unable to refund or exchange a gown due to a bride changing her mind. We pay for your gown upon your order confirmation and are unable to cancel it. Please be certain of your choice before you purchase.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I PURCHASE?
Not your dress size! Bridal Sizing varies from designer to designer. We recommend being measured by us or another professional in the industry before purchasing.
Due to the expensive nature of these gowns and the gown being ordered to your size and colour specifications, we are unable to accept returns. Gowns are quality inspected by 2 members of staff, steamed, videoed and photographed prior to despatch. Any unforeseen issues will be corrected by ourselves though this is rare.
WHAT STYLE WILL SUIT ME?
9/10 of our brides purchase a gown they did not expect to buy! We advise you to try a variety of styles on, even if you have a preference on design. It is how a gown makes you feel that is just as important as how it looks! We have a full range of styles to suit everyone. Some styles suit every bride and some brides suit every style!
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept payment in cash, credit or debit card, our gift cards or our pay in 2,3, or 4 payments Plan. Please note should you cancel your order for any reason any monies paid are non returnable. Your gowns are ordered and paid for by us immediately upon your confirmation. We are unable to cancel the order with NO exceptions!
WHAT IF I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Should you cancel your order due to a change of mind or a cancellation of your wedding for any reason including pregnancy we are unable to offer a refund. As you can appreciate these circumstances are out of our control and as we pay for your gown when we order it is unable to be cancelled. In rare circumstances we can offer you a credit voucher at the managers discretion.
DO YOU BUY GOWNS FROM THE PUBLIC?
We don't... we purchase our gowns from our own manufacturer only.
These manufacturers produce gowns for some of the larger bridal houses so you can be sure of the best quality and up to date designs. We occassionlly get asked if we buy gowns back after your wedding. Should you feel you may require this service you may be better hiring a bridal gown from a different Bridal Retailer that specialises in hire.
DO YOU SUPPLY OTHER BOUTIQUES?
We no longer sell our gowns to other boutiques though we have done in the past.
Should you fall in love with an Ivory gown you can only purchase it directly from us, either from our Bridal Catwalk Events, Online Boutique or with a VIP Appointment.
