UNLIKE HIGH STREET STORES WE DO NOT HOLD EXTRA STOCK FOR AN EXCHANGE AND WE HAVE

NO STORAGE FACILITIES.

 THE GOWNS ARE MADE TO YOUR REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS WHICH IS

THE REASON THEY TAKE 12 WEEKS TO BE DELIVERED.

NOR CAN WE BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT HAPPENS TO THE GOWN ONCE IT LEAVES OUR PREMISES.

WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER WHERE OR HOW THE GOWN IS STORED AFTER RECEIPT

NOR WHO HAS TRIED IT ON OR POSSIBLY STAINED OR DAMAGED IT.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY OF THESE REASONS.

OUR GOWNS ARE QUALITY INSPECTED, STEAMED, VIDEOED AND PHOTOGRAPHED PRIOR TO LEAVING US.

ANY QUALITY ISSUES WITH THE GOWNS WILL BE PICKED UP BEFORE DESPATCH.

IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE GOWN IS PERFECT BEFORE IT LEAVES US WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
