Due to the expensive and delicate nature of these gowns we are unable to offer refunds on any gown purchase. Once the gowns have left our premises we are unable to control the condition of the gown, who has tried it on or it's storage. For this reason we are unable to refund. 

In extreme circumstances we can allow an exchange though this is at the management's discretion only.
