Each Gown will have In Stock as an ex sample or Order In as a brand new style that is made upon order.

Due to the expensive and delicate nature of these gowns we are unable to offer refunds on any gown purchase. We can however offer an exchange on the gown. The gown would need to be returned to us in the condition it left us in, perfectly packaged and sent back by recorded delivery. (Please not we are not a physical boutique and therefore are unable to offer more than one exchange on any gown. Should you need to check what style suits you please email us a picture of you and we will send our recommendations on styles, or visit a local bridal store and decide on your style prior to purchase.)

In stock styles will be sent withing 5 working days.

Order In Styles are made to order and therefore take 8-10 weeks to be delivered to you. Please take this into account when ordering. We will be in touch once your gown is ready to be dispatched.

Should you require any styles that are in stock on Next Day Delivery this can be arranged. Please contact us prior to purchase to ensure this is available.
